The following steps must be followed in order to obtain a new West Bengal digital ration card form 3 online:
Step 1: Navigate to the government-sponsored ration card website.
Step 2: In order to get started, go to the West Bengal Food and Supplies Department's official website.
Step 3: Select the ration card option from the drop-down menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
Step 4: Next, pick "Apply Online" from the drop-down menu and then "Apply for a New Ration Card for a Family (ration card form 3)" from the list.
Step 5: A new page will be shown.
Step 6: If you are submitting your application from a mobile device, first select "Services and Citizens Corner" from the drop-down menu, followed by "digital ration card related services."
Step 7: Now choose "Apply for a New Ration Card for a Family" from the drop-down menu. A new page will be shown.
Step 8: Register for a West Bengal digital ration card account.
Step 9: Please provide your mobile phone number.
Step 10: To obtain an OTP, select "Get OTP." You will receive an OTP on the phone number you provided.
Step 11: Enter the one-time password (OTP) in the designated area and click "Continue."
Step 12: After that, you will see the home screen of the West Bengal online ration card page in front of you.
Step 13: Complete Form 3 and 3U.
Step 14: Select the kind of ration card (subsidised or non-subsidized).
Step 15: You will be asked whether any member of your household has a digital ration card once you have signed into your account. "No" should be selected
Step 16: You will now be asked if you want the ration card to be used to obtain "subsidised food grains" or whether you simply want it to be used for "identity reasons."
Step 17: If you wish to get rations using the card, select "Subsidised Food Grains" from the drop-down menu.
Step 18: You'll be asked if you live in a "rural" or "urban" location at this point. Choose the most suitable option.
Step 19: Now, in front of you, will emerge a list with a number of options and checkboxes to choose from.
Step 20: To choose the choices that are relevant to you, select the checkbox next to them. The selections you choose will determine which category your ration card will fall under.
Step 21: As soon as you scroll down a little, a new list of choices will appear. Select the choices that apply to you by checking the boxes next to them.
Step 22: To proceed, click on the next button. A new page will be shown.
Step 23: Fill out the form on this page with your mailing address.
Step 24: Select your local fair price store or ration shop as well as your local kerosene dealer in the next area (if applicable).
Step 25: Simply continue scrolling down until you are prompted to input your contact information.
Step 26: If you wish to preserve the phone number that you used to log in, choose "same as log in mobile" when prompted.
Step 27: If you wish to add a new number, just type in the new number and click on the "Get OTP" button. Input the OTP and click on the "Validate" button.
Step 28: Please enter your WhatsApp number and email address (optional).
Step 29: In the following box, include the name and contact information for the head of your family.
Step 30: Now, to enter the information for further members of your family, click on the "Add more members" option.
Step 31: To proceed, click on the next button
Step 32: A new page will appear, displaying all of the information you entered previously.
Step 33: Check all of the details. You may fix any errors by pressing the "back" button once you have entered the information in the first place. If everything is in working order, choose the "is alright" check.
Step 34: Select "Proceed" from the drop-down menu. A new page will be shown
Step 35: To complete this new page, you must submit a scanned copy of your Aadhar card, as well as those of your family members. It should be uploaded.
Step 36: In the next part, you will be asked if the address on your Aadhaar card corresponds to the address on your permanent identification card.
Step 37: If the address in the form matches the address on your Aadhar Card, select "yes." If the address is not the same, choose "no" and then upload a proof of address.
Step 38: Now you may submit any other papers for Form 3 & 3U, such as a caste certificate, an income certificate, an educational certificate, and so on (if applicable).
Step 39: Once you have finished uploading all of your files, click on the next/proceed button. A new page will be shown.
Step 40: After a new page has been loaded, choose the "I Certify" checkbox and then click on the "Get OTP" button.
Step 41: Then, in the appropriate area, enter the OTP and click on the Submit OTP button.
Step 42: Following this, you will receive a success notification informing you that your form has been successfully submitted.
