Passport, PAN card, Ration/PDS Photo Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Government Photo ID Cards/Service Photo Identity Cards issued by PSU, NREGS Job Card, Photo ID Cards issued by Recognized Educational Institution, Arms License, Photo Bank ATM Card, Photo Credit Card, Pensioner Photo Card, Freedom Fighter Photo Card, Kissan Photo Passbook, CGHS/ECHS Photo Card, and CGHS/ECHS Photo Card are all acceptable forms of proof of identity.
Disability ID Card/handicapped medical certificate issued by respective State/UT Governments/AdministrationsRajasthan's Bhamashah Card/Jan-Aadhaar Card is a government-issued identification card.
A certificate from a registered shelter home or orphanage's superintendent, warden, matron, or head of institution in the UIDAI standard certificate format for enrolment or updating; In order to enrol or update, a certificate of identification with a photograph issued by a Member of Parliament, a Member of the Legislature, a Member of the Municipal Council, or a Municipal Councilor must be shown.
