In the Aadhaar Card Address Change/Update Form, you must include the following information:
An applicant can make changes to their Aadhaar Card, including their address, name, date of birth, gender, cell-phone number, and e-mail ID. You must follow the actions outlined below in order to update, alter, or amend your address on your Aadhaar Card:
Step 1: Go to the Aadhaar Self Service Update Portal, which is located at https://ssup.uidai.gov.in/ssup/. Fill out the Aadhaar Self-Service Update Form.
Step 2: If you have a valid address proof, select "Proceed to Update Address" from the drop-down menu. On the UIDAI's website, you may access the Aadhaar Self-Service Update Portal.
Step 3: In the event that you do not have a valid address proof, you can log in using your 12-digit Aadhaar number and the Captcha Verification code sent to you.
Step 4: Now, click "Send OTP" and an OTP will be delivered to your registered telephone number.
Step 5: Alternatively, you can authenticate using the TOTP capability.
Step 6: Select the "Login" button from the drop-down menu.
Step 7: Select either "Update Address by Address Proof" or "Update Address via Secret Code" from the drop-down menu.
Step 8: Fill in all of the information that needs to be corrected while also writing the entire address. If you have any questions or concerns about your pin code and related data (State/District/Village/Town/City/Post Office), you may contact the UIDAI contact centre at help@uidai.gov.in. Select the Address Correction option if you wish to include the name of the guardian, parent, or spouse as part of the address. Afterwards, in the C/o details section, check the relevant box and fill in the name of the individual in the subsequent area. The C/O information can be modified as part of the address updating process. Fill out the whole address and submit all supporting POA documents, even if you simply want to amend or modify the C/o information.
Step 9: At this point, upload your original scanned colour copies of POA papers.
Step 10: Run a preview of the data you've input in both English and the local language.
Step 11: At this point, you must submit your request. You must keep track of your Update Request Number (URN) so that you can follow the progress of your Aadhaar Update.
If the applicant does not have documentation of his or her address change, he or she may certify this form to the individuals listed below.
According to the most recent changes, consumers can only amend their address on their Aadhaar card online. They may, however, update all of their other information by visiting the nearest Aadhaar Enrolment Centre.
As a result of the latest change, Aadhaar cardholders may only update their address information online. They must go to an Aadhaar Enrolment Centre in order to update all of their other information.
By visiting one of the Aadhaar Enrolment Centres, people may update all of the information on their Aadhaar card, including their address, phone number, and email address. In Aadhaar, you may make changes to your demographic information (name, address, date of birth, gender, mobile number, and email) as well as your biometric information (fingerprints, iris, and photograph).
You must submit a scanned copy of your proof of address in order to make an online change of address. If your document is not accepted by the UIDAI, your request for an update will be declined.
There are many documents required for the correction of the Aadhar card, and you must have them before applying for the update. You also need to follow the steps as mentioned above for a successful update of your address.
